What to Expect When You Visit

1
Arrive a few minutes early

No need to register in advance. Simply arrive a little early so we can welcome you and answer any questions before the session begins.

2
Wear comfortable clothing

Loose, comfortable clothing is best. We meditate seated on cushions on the floor, so flexibility helps β€” but chairs are available if needed.

3
Come with an open mind

No prior knowledge of Buddhism is required. Just bring curiosity and an open heart β€” everything else will be guided for you.

4
All programs are free

There is no charge to attend. The Dhamma is offered freely. If you wish to support the center, voluntary donations (Dāna) are gratefully received.

"You yourself must strive. The Buddhas only point the way."
