Arrive a few minutes early
No need to register in advance. Simply arrive a little early so we can welcome you and answer any questions before the session begins.
Wear comfortable clothing
Loose, comfortable clothing is best. We meditate seated on cushions on the floor, so flexibility helps β but chairs are available if needed.
Come with an open mind
No prior knowledge of Buddhism is required. Just bring curiosity and an open heart β everything else will be guided for you.
All programs are free
There is no charge to attend. The Dhamma is offered freely. If you wish to support the center, voluntary donations (DΔna) are gratefully received.
